Job Description: **Job Title:** Events and Media Intern **Role Summary:** Assist in the planning, execution, and post‑production of events by setting up venues, delivering guest services, coordinating with vendors, maintaining event spaces, and managing video content for editing. **Expectations:** - Maintain a positive, proactive attitude toward all tasks. - Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Operate effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. - Follow safety protocols and venue policies. - Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set up and break down event spaces, arranging tables, chairs, décor, and audio/visual equipment. - Ensure venues remain clean, organized, and ready for guests. - Greet guests, provide excellent customer service, and address inquiries or concerns. - Monitor guest lists, direct attendees to seating, and collaborate with vendors to maintain event flow. - Support diverse event tasks (food service, bartending, cleaning) as needed. - Download, organize, and send video footage to the editing team for post‑event production. - Adhere to all safety guidelines, proper equipment usage, and venue policies. **Required Skills:** - Strong verbal and written communication. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Positive, proactive work ethic. - Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments. - Basic knowledge of audio/visual equipment and troubleshooting skills (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent.
