**Job Title:** Business Systems Intern **Role Summary:** Provide hands‑on support to Business Systems Analysts on a technology team. Activities include gathering and documenting business requirements, assisting with implementation of new tools, creating user documentation, and supporting user acceptance testing. The intern will also aid in project execution and process improvement initiatives, contributing to enhanced client experience and operational efficiency. **Expectations:** - 11‑week paid internship (May 18 – Jul 31, 2026) - Full‑time onsite at the company’s office - Junior or Senior student currently enrolled in a course of study in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field - Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, shifting environment **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, carriers, and vendors to elicit and document business requirements and process changes. - Produce and maintain documentation covering requirements, processes, policies, application configuration, and end‑user help materials. - Support application enhancements and stay abreast of new features to recommend process improvements and best practices. - Assist in project implementation, ensuring alignment with project management processes and coordinating across functional teams. - Develop and execute detailed user acceptance test plans, including test case creation, environment setup, and coordination of testing activities. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint. - Prior internship or work experience in a similar context. - Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. - High attention to detail with a focus on quality. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Junior or Senior status, pursuing a degree or certificate in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - No additional certifications required.
