**Job Title:** Global Retail Director **Role Summary:** Lead the global retail strategy for a luxury fashion brand across EMEA, APAC, and the U.S., driving sales, profitability, and brand execution. Manage end‑to‑end retail operations, high‑level P&L, and partner negotiations while fostering a client‑centric culture and developing a top‑performing retail team. **Expectations:** - Deliver revenue and margin targets worldwide. - Expand and optimise the retail distribution network. - Maintain brand standards and elevate the customer experience across all touchpoints. - Provide data‑driven insights and agile adaptations to market dynamics. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Strategic Leadership** – Develop and implement multi‑regional retail strategies, analyse market trends, and align initiatives with corporate objectives. 2. **Financial Management** – Own retail budgets, monitor P&L, control costs, and identify growth investment opportunities. 3. **Operational Excellence** – Set sales plans, track KPIs, oversee visual merchandising, inventory, and store profitability; ensure compliance with policies and brand standards. 4. **Partner & Negotiation Management** – Lead discussions with retail partners on cost contributions and performance expectations. 5. **Team Development** – Build, inspire, and coach a high‑performance retail organization, promoting collaboration and inclusive leadership. 6. **Client Experience & CRM** – Champion the brand’s aesthetic in every interaction, drive loyalty, and implement CRM initiatives. 7. **Merchandising & Buying** – Coordinate buying, order placement, and product presentation to maximize commercial impact with the Merchandising Manager. 8. **Brand Representation** – Collaborate with Visual and Store‑Planning teams to deliver impactful retail campaigns and maintain visual consistency. **Required Skills:** - 10+ years luxury retail leadership with multi‑regional scope (EMEA, APAC, U.S.). - P&L ownership and strong financial acumen. - Strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability. - Data‑driven decision making and analytical proficiency. - Exceptional team‑building and inspirational leadership. - Advanced negotiation and partner‑management skills. - Deep sensitivity to brand integrity, client experience, and visual storytelling. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related discipline. - MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. - Professional certifications in Retail Management or Sales are a plus.
