Job Description: Job title: Technico‑Functional Analyst (F/M) Role Summary: Drive the enhancement and harmonisation of company identification data across internal reference repositories through analysis, specification, development oversight, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Expectations: - Analyse business needs and produce detailed functional specifications. - Translate functional specifications into technical artefacts for Mainframe IBM z/OS environments (COBOL, DB2). - Coordinate and validate development activities within the service centre. - Lead integration testing and support user acceptance (MOA) activities. - Manage production deployment and author operational documentation. - Facilitate communication among MOA, MOE, and business stakeholders to track project progress. Key Responsibilities: 1. Gather and document business requirements. 2. Draft functional and technical specifications. 3. Review and validate development outputs. 4. Conduct integration tests and assist MOA in acceptance testing. 5. Oversee production roll‑out and create operational manuals. 6. Coordinate cross‑functional teams and report status to project stakeholders. Required Skills: - Minimum 5 years in functional and technical analysis. - Proficiency in IBM z/OS Mainframe environments, including COBOL and DB2. - Experience managing data repositories, data migration, or cross‑functional projects. - Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and organised mindset. - Excellent interpersonal skills, self‑directed with a collaborative team approach. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. - IBM Mainframe certifications (e.g., IBM Certified Application Developer – COBOL, IBM Certified Database Administrator – DB2) preferred.
