Job Description

Job Title: General Interest – Internship Role Summary: Provide hands‑on, cross‑functional experience in the immersive technology sector, working on engineering, software, sales, operations, content, product, and finance projects that support live and virtual entertainment environments. Expectations: • Current undergraduate or recent graduate status. • Ability to attend hybrid onsite locations as required. • Strong communication, self‑motivation, problem‑solving, and teamwork. • Willingness to learn and contribute across multiple domains. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in mechanical design, software development, QA, and media playback for dome and venue projects. • Support venue sales cycles, proposal creation, and event execution. • Operate and maintain A/V, lighting, and live production systems. • Analyze customer data, improve service processes, and optimize self‑service tools. • Contribute to content scheduling, programming strategy, and thematic event planning. • Aid product management with feature research, UX feedback, and cross‑functional collaboration. • Provide forecasting, reporting, and accounting support for finance and bookkeeping functions. Required Skills: • Technical: CAD, Python, SQL, or other data analytics tools; basic hardware integration knowledge. • Design & creative problem‑solving, attention to detail, and ability to iterate on concepts. • Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present technical and business ideas clearly. • Team collaboration, adaptability, and customer‑centric mindset. Required Education & Certifications: • Enrollment in or completion of courses in engineering, computer science, business, finance, hospitality management, or related fields. • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; degree program or recent graduation necessary. • No specific certifications required, though familiarity with industry tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Unity, Tableau) is advantageous.
