Job Description
Job title: IT AMOA Consultant (M/F) Role Summary: Serve as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high‑quality IT solutions. Manage all project phases—from requirement gathering and planning to testing, deployment, and user training—ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Expactations: • Minimum 3 years of AMOA IT experience, preferably within a consulting firm (ESN). • Basic English proficiency (documentation reading, oral communication). • Proven ability to work independently with a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Act as the interface between business units and technical teams to guarantee deliverable quality. • Plan, organize, and track project phases (analysis, development, testing, deployment) while maintaining timelines and budget constraints. • Pilot development activities and oversee solution implementation. • Conduct functional tests and user acceptance testing. • Lead change management initiatives and provide user training. • Communicate progress, identify risks, and raise alerts to management and stakeholders. Required Skills: • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to adapt quickly. • Solid project management knowledge (PMI, Prince2, Agile). • Experience in consultancy environments (ESN) and familiarity with PM tools. • Basic English reading and speaking capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
