Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Role Summary: Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals. Manage end‑to‑end requirement capture, validate solutions against best practices, and support deployment and adoption across multi‑cloud Salesforce environments. Expectations: - 12+ years in IT, 8+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst. - Proven track record in multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations. - Minimum two Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit processes, scope, pain points, and document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Conduct business and FIT gap analyses; own requirement lifecycle. - Partner with architects/developers to clarify solution design; validate against business needs and Salesforce best practices. - Perform demo, smoke, and UAT support; triage defects and ensure successful deployment. - Identify automation and process improvement opportunities within Salesforce. - Prepare user guides, conduct training sessions, and maintain documentation. - Facilitate clear communication between business and technical teams. Required Skills: - Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and reporting. - Experience creating dashboards, running reports, and using Data Loader. - Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP). - Familiarity with integration tools and data migration strategies. - Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (equivalent experience acceptable). - Salesforce Certified Administrator. - Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (mandatory).
