Expactations: • 3+ years product management in medical device/medical imaging, ideally AI/ML. • Startup or small organization experience. • Strong Agile methodology knowledge. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements. • Data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities: • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Prioritize features and scope releases with engineering. • Conduct customer needs assessments, market research, and competitive analysis. • Draft and maintain product requirements documentation. • Collaborate with sales and marketing for go-to‑market plans. • Lead cross-functional discussions and ensure alignment on objectives. • Monitor product performance and iterate post‑launch.
