Job Description

Job title: Senior SAP Security Consultant Role Summary: Lead comprehensive SAP security activities in a regulated environment, focusing on user management, role provisioning, Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance, and SAP GRC configuration throughout the system lifecycle. Expectations: * Operate in an onsite delivery model, guiding both technical execution and governance. * Mentor junior team members and drive secure system design with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Design, create, and maintain SAP user roles and access provisioning. * Configure, test, and manage SAP GRC security components. * Conduct SoD risk analysis, remediation, and ongoing access reviews. * Support UAT, production cutover, and post‑go‑live hypercare. * Lead role design reviews and produce audit‑ready documentation. * Collaborate with functional, technical, and compliance teams to ensure secure architecture. * Mentor and develop junior SAP security staff. Required Skills: * 8+ years of SAP Application Security experience. * Expert knowledge of SAP GRC and role design. * Strong grasp of User Access Management, SoD principles, and compliance controls. * Proven experience in UAT support, go‑live assistance, and post‑production tasks. * Ability to work effectively in a highly regulated or government‑adjacent setting. * Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities. Required Education & Certifications: * U.S. citizenship with an active Secret security clearance. * CompTIA Security+ certification. * Formal education in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field (preferred).
