Job Description
**Job title**: Full Stack Developer **Role Summary**: Senior full‑stack developer (Level 3) with 10+ years of experience, contracted for a 3‑month period with potential extension, delivering end‑to‑end custom‑code solutions across web and cloud platforms, and transitioning legacy systems to modern stacks. **Expectations**: - Deliver high‑quality code within tight timelines; meet project milestones and requirements. - Conduct user acceptance testing, deployment, and post‑release monitoring. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors. - Maintain accurate documentation throughout the SDLC. **Key Responsibilities**: - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications using approved tools. - Facilitate UAT: create and execute test cases, capture results, and secure approvals. - Plan, coordinate, and execute software releases to controlled testing and production. - Monitor implementation progress, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution. - Participate in cross‑organizational task groups for new automated systems and products. - Perform annual recertification on Navy Federal platform standards. - Produce and maintain detailed technical and design documentation. - Contribute to knowledge‑management articles and internal best‑practice sharing. - Analyze system performance, recommend optimizations, and develop process‑improvement plans. - Provide leadership during project execution, ensuring successful delivery of business unit initiatives. **Required Skills**: - Expert knowledge of software development best practices. - Proficient in C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, SQL, MongoDB, MuleSoft, Azure Cloud. - Extensive experience building end‑to‑end custom‑code solutions and converting legacy code to modern languages. - Ability to design solutions with limited or no existing documentation. - Strong testing, deployment, and UAT facilitation capabilities. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent; C#/.NET and JavaScript development certificates. - Knowledge of Navy Federal banking platform standards (preferred).
