Marketing Event Project Assistant (Internship)
**Role Summary**
Assistance to the Project Lead in developing and managing the “Le Monde Ateliers” platform. Focus on event creation, marketing campaigns, content publication, and participant support.
**Expectations**
- 6‑month internship, starting February 2026.
- Evening and occasional weekend availability.
- Energetic, proactive, organized, and familiar with media, digital, and events contexts.
- Ability to work independently within a small but dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive development of the Le Monde Ateliers service: identify content gaps, propose formats, and plan launch activities.
- Draft internal marketing briefs to promote new workshops and courses.
- Plan and execute recruitment campaigns: paid ads, self‑promotion, and email outreach.
- Liaise with guest speakers (journalists), coordinate rehearsal sessions, and manage contractual details.
- Maintain the event website: upload new courses, optimize SEO tags, monitor traffic metrics.
- Curate visual assets (iconography, video clips) and assemble presentation decks in PowerPoint.
- Host evening sessions and online classes, manage on‑site AV operations, and facilitate Q&A.
- Provide post‑event support: send follow‑up emails, answer queries, and remind attendees of upcoming events.
- Collect and analyze recruitment campaign data, generate performance reports.
**Required Skills**
- Experience or coursework in event management, marketing communication, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication in French; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), and website CMS.
- Basic SEO and digital analytics knowledge (Google Analytics, keyword tools).
- Project coordination, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
- Initiative: ability to propose innovative ideas and take ownership of tasks.
- Team collaboration and stakeholder management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Bac+4) in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or equivalent.
- No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., Mailchimp) and digital platforms is desirable.
