Job Title: Product Implementation Internship – Summer 2026 Role Summary: Provide hands‑on support for the implementation of Concur invoice/AP automation or EMRConnect healthcare data integration within the IP Product Group, developing consulting fundamentals, product lifecycle knowledge, and client‑support capabilities. Expectations: Complete a full‑time summer internship (hybrid work), deliver project tasks on schedule, maintain professional communication, and demonstrate high‑quality work and initiative. Key Responsibilities: - Study and document product architecture for Concur or EMRConnect. - Attend product demos, training, and configuration sessions. - Gather and map requirements; coordinate data extracts with client teams. - Configure product settings, conduct unit and application testing, and prepare for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Participate in implementation kickoff meetings, review questionnaires, and future‑state data plans. - Shadow consultants during client meetings and training sessions. - Develop onboarding documentation and training materials. - Act as liaison among clients, finance stakeholders, and developers. - Contribute to internship capstone projects and feedback initiatives. Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Superior written and verbal communication. - Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Professional relationship‑building. - Innovative thinking balanced with structured methodology execution.
