**Job title:** Cybersecurity Internship – Summer 2026
**Role Summary:**
An entry‑level, hands‑on internship focused on Security Testing and Advisory Services within a CyberTech division. Interns collaborate with senior consultants on technical assessments, client engagements, risk mitigation, and the development of security documentation.
**Expectations:**
- Complete a 3‑month full‑time internship (2–3 hybrid workdays).
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Maintain at least a 3.0 GPA while pursuing a Bachelor’s in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver high‑quality findings, reports, and recommendations to clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and cloud security reviews.
- Execute social engineering exercises (phishing simulations, pretext calling, physical testing).
- Utilize tools such as NMAP, Nessus, BurpSuite, and Metasploit for vulnerability analysis.
- Assist in cybersecurity risk assessments; produce detailed findings and recommendations.
- Support development of business continuity plans, incident response strategies, and security awareness training.
- Draft and refine security program documentation: POAMs, policy roadmaps, and written programs.
- Shadow consultants during client engagements, contribute to kickoff decks and final reports.
- Participate in tabletop exercises, threat assessments, and sandbox simulations.
- Lead or assist on information and cybersecurity risk assessment engagements, delivering results and actionable insights.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with security testing tools (NMAP, Nessus, BurpSuite, Metasploit).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality deliverables.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
