Job Description

**Job title** Business Analysis Project Manager (Male/Female) **Role Summary** Lead the design, development and implementation of approved projects within the transformation and operations domain, translating business needs into functional solutions that enhance a seamless client experience. **Expectations** - Execute the entire project lifecycle from requirement capture to post‑implementation support. - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams and senior management. - Ensure timely delivery of high‑quality outcomes aligned with the company’s strategic priorities. **Key Responsibilities** - Elicit and analyze functional requirements from business users. - Propose and document fit‑for‑purpose business solutions. - Define project scope, objectives, schedules and resource plans. - Manage changes, risks and issues throughout the project. - Lead and facilitate project meetings, steering committees and delivery reviews. - Produce and maintain accurate status reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders. - Coordinate with development, quality assurance and operations for smooth hand‑over. - Champion user adoption and change management activities. **Required Skills** - Proven project management experience in IT, preferably within a banking environment. - Strong business analysis and requirements‑engineering skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence cross‑functional teams. - Proficiency in English is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts. - Digital mindset and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to improve customer and employee journeys. - Familiarity with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or related field. - Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) highly desirable. ---
