**Job Title:** Product Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead global go‑to‑market strategy and execution for a portfolio of wearable technologies. Own market entry, launch planning, and growth acceleration across international markets in collaboration with cross‑functional teams (product, sales, marketing, ops, legal, policy, and partners). Deliver data‑driven, customer‑centric launch initiatives in fast‑moving environments with rapid prioritization and pivoting.
**Expectations:**
- Immediate start, 12‑month contract, remote.
- Demonstrate proven success driving product launches and market expansion globally.
- Balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution, iterating quickly and adapting to changing priorities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Partner with research teams to extract market, category, channel, and audience insights that shape launch tactics.
- Coordinate global teams (regional marketing, product, ops, sales, legal, policy, channel partners) to align all GTM activities pre‑launch or expansion.
- Define prioritization, roadmap, and success metrics for initiatives driving sales, engagement, and retention.
- Own and operationalize clear go‑to‑market strategies for new country launches, articulating trade‑offs and positioning.
- Identify bottlenecks, test innovative approaches, and scale effective tactics across key international markets.
**Required Skills:**
- 8+ years in strategic product marketing, product marketing management, or product management within tech, internet, or consulting.
- Blend of strategic product marketing and tactical execution experience.
- Deep customer research skills; adept at translating data insights into GTM decisions.
- Proven track record of working in cross‑functional, high‑velocity environments.
- Demonstrated success leading product launches with internal and external partners (product, sales, marketing, communications, partnerships, legal, policy).
- Hardware product marketing experience with major tech firms (e.g., Meta, Apple, Google, Amazon) launching flagship products.
- International expansion experience across multiple countries.
- Strong strategic go‑to‑market and market nuance understanding.
- Operational excellence mindset and process improvement capability.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or advanced marketing certification preferred (e.g., Professional Certified Marketer).
