**Job Title:** Cloud Transformation Manager
**Role Summary:** Senior leader responsible for driving end‑to‑end cloud transformation initiatives for large private and public sector clients. Shapes cloud strategy, oversees migrations and optimizations, and serves as the primary client‑facing consultant to ensure successful adoption and measurable business value.
**Expactations:**
- Proven expertise in public‑cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Demonstrated experience in cloud strategy, migration, and optimization projects.
- Strong consulting, pre‑sales, and business‑development capabilities (RFPs, bids).
- Hands‑on knowledge of DevOps best practices (containers, IaC, CI/CD, security).
- Ability to produce thought‑leadership content and represent the firm at events.
- Comfortable with hybrid work and occasional travel.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage cloud transformation engagements from assessment through delivery.
- Define and execute cloud adoption, migration, and optimization roadmaps.
- Act as primary client liaison, delivering consulting, workshops, and pre‑sales support.
- Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and contribute to business development efforts.
- Oversee implementation of DevOps pipelines, containerisation, infrastructure‑as‑code, and security controls.
- Create and present whitepapers, case studies, and training sessions to internal and external audiences.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep technical knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP services and architectures.
- Expertise in cloud strategy formulation and execution.
- Strong client‑facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability in business development (RFP/bid preparation).
- Proficiency with DevOps tools and practices (Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform/CloudFormation, Jenkins/GitLab CI, security scanning).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking and thought‑leadership.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Relevant cloud certifications preferred (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect) or willingness to obtain them promptly.
- Additional certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, or DevOps Engineer are a plus.
