Job Description
Job title: QHSE & CSR Manager (F/M) Role Summary Driver of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, reporting to the General Management. Ensures implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of QHSE and CSR policies in line with company strategy and regulatory requirements. Maintains required certifications, oversees audits, manages non‑conformities, and promotes a culture of quality and safety across the organization. Expectations - Deliver full QHSE and CSR strategy implementation and reporting. - Sustain and improve certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other relevant standards). - Ensure compliance with all technical, regulatory, and customer requirements. - Lead continuous improvement efforts, incident analysis, and risk prevention. - Foster cross‑functional collaboration and skill development. Key Responsibilities - Deploy QHSE and CSR strategies aligned with corporate goals. - Pilot the QHSE management system and manage certification processes. - Implement CSR policy and track sustainability indicators. - Monitor performance metrics, propose corrective actions, and drive improvement plans. - Coordinate quality assurance on components and manufacturing; manage non‑conformances with all departments. - Guide skill development and promote collaborative culture. - Organize customer satisfaction measurement, and initiate corrective/preventive actions. - Analyze HSE incidents, update the Workplace Injury and Illness Prevention Program (DUERP), and conduct environmental analyses. - Conduct internal and external audits, analyze gaps, and track action plans. - Maintain regulatory surveillance and ensure legal and normative compliance. Required Skills - In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and related quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, Pareto). - Strong analytical, autonomous, and rigorous problem‑solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Technical proficiency in mechanical, industrial engineering or electrotechnical domains. - Proficiency in technical English; additional language skills an advantage. Required Education & Certifications - Minimum Bac +2 with significant experience, or Bac +5 in QHSE, mechanical, industrial engineering, or electrotechnical engineering. - Active ISO management system certifications or equivalent audit experience highly preferred.
