Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Specialist – Benelux (Medical Technology) **Role Summary:** Drive commercial growth of a portfolio of advanced medical devices and capital equipment across the Benelux region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing—targeting private hospitals, clinics, and key public sector stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, administrators, and procurement teams while collaborating with internal marketing, service, and clinical support functions. **Expectations:** - Achieve and exceed regional sales targets. - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Benelux market. - Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective after‑sales support. - Provide accurate market and competitor intelligence to leadership. - Travel regularly throughout the region and represent the company at industry events. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and implement a regional sales strategy for Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. - Promote and sell capital‑equipment med‑tech solutions to private and public healthcare providers. - Conduct product demos, presentations, and training for clinical and purchasing audiences. - Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and decision‑makers. - Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. - Coordinate with marketing, service, and clinical support to ensure seamless customer experience. - Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business planning. **Required Skills:** - Proven sales track record in medical devices, dental, ophthalmic, audiology, or related healthcare markets; capital‑equipment experience preferred. - Strong negotiation and communication abilities in French, Dutch, and English (spoken & written). - Ability to engage audiences at clinical, managerial, and executive levels. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and organized with a structured sales approach. - Excellent relationship‑building and team‑collaboration skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the Benelux region. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field (preferred). - Relevant sales or medical‑device certifications (e.g., MedTech Sales Certification) advantageous but not mandatory. - Compliance with any local medical‑device regulatory qualifications as required.
