**Job Title** Program Manager, Product & Brand (Bilingual Japanese & English) **Role Summary** Lead the design, launch, and continuous improvement of organizational programs that build brand and product expertise across the Product & Experience Organization. Facilitate cross‑regional collaboration, create scalable frameworks, and provide training and support for new initiatives at the global level. **Expectations** - 4+ years of program/project management or knowledge‑management experience in a multinational or culturally diverse setting. - Near‑native fluency in English and business‑level proficiency in Japanese. - Ability to develop and deliver executive‑level presentations and documentation. - Proven track record of establishing and iterating organization‑wide programs in dynamic environments. - Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication skills with a focus on detail and quality. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with Brand Review, Marketing, Licensing, and Events teams to capture expertise and produce reusable playbooks and guides. - Design and deliver training content that deepens brand, product, and business knowledge across the organization. - Organize joint learning sessions and cultural exchange programs with Japanese and Asian group companies. - Support incubation‑stage initiatives and ad‑hoc projects, including research on emerging opportunities and creation of presentation materials. - Manage senior‑level stakeholder communications and maintain alignment on priority initiatives. - Attend on‑site programs in Seattle as needed. **Required Skills** - Program/project management, knowledge‑management, or related experience. - Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management. - Program design, launch, and iterative enhancement. - Strong organizational and prioritization ability. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Japanese proficiency at business level. - Analytical problem‑solving and presentation creation. - High learning agility and cultural competence. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. ---
