Job Description: **Job Title:** Project Manager (F/M) **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, resources, timelines, and budgets. Act as the primary liaison among stakeholders, PMO, and project teams, driving governance, risk management, and continuous improvement throughout project life cycles. **Expectations:** - Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget. - Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and external business units. - Maintain clear, proactive communication with senior management and international partners. - Apply structured project methodologies and Microsoft tools to meet organisational standards. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Project Initiation & Scoping** – Analyze briefs, jointly define scope, deliverables, constraints, and success criteria with business leads. 2. **Roadmap & Governance** – Co‑create project roadmaps; set milestones, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; enforce adherence to the operational governance framework. 3. **Team Coordination** – Form, lead, and animate project teams (7‑8 members); facilitate steering and project committees; delegate tasks and monitor progress. 4. **Resource & Risk Management** – Identify and resolve resource bottlenecks; assess, monitor, and mitigate project risks; trigger proactive alerts. 5. **Deliverables & Reporting** – Ensure quality delivery of project outputs; produce routine status reports; maintain transparency on KPIs, risks, and issues. 6. **International Collaboration** – Coordinate with global GS1 entities; adapt to cultural and regulatory differences. **Required Skills & Competencies:** - Leadership and results orientation. - Strong client‑service mindset. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to unify and motivate cross‑functional teams. - Prioritisation and adaptability in dynamic environments. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Project. - Knowledge of Agile Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies. - Working fluency in English (conversation and written). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac + 4/5) in Engineering, Project Management, or an equivalent field. - Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing multidisciplinary teams. - Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile (Scrum Master) are advantageous but not mandatory.
