Job Description: Job Title: Founding Fullstack Engineer Role Summary: Build end‑to‑end user workflows that move complex, real‑world processes into software at speed. Own feature design, UX, backend logic, AI integration, and production deployment, delivering polished, production‑grade systems with full ownership. Expectations: - Ship to production from day one. - Own entire feature cycle: specification, implementation, testing, deployment, and customer feedback. - Make product‑judgment decisions—what to build, what to omit, when to ship. - Work in a high‑ownership, fast‑paced environment with evolving requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and iterate end‑to‑end workflows, from UI to backend services. - Translate complex processes into clear, intuitive interfaces and user experiences. - Write production‑grade code in TypeScript/React (or comparable framework) for the frontend. - Engineer robust backend APIs, business logic, and data models in Python. - Integrate AI‑powered features (LLMs, agents, model‑backed APIs) into product workflows. - Deploy features to production, monitor performance, and iterate based on user feedback. - Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to refine requirements and solve real problems. - Provide UX polish, debug issues, and ensure product quality across the stack. Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React or equivalent). - Comfortable developing backend services in Python. - Experience integrating AI systems (LLMs, agents, model‑backed APIs) into production products. - Ability to design and implement complex, non‑CRUD workflows. - Product judgment: decisive on feature scope and release timing. - High ownership mindset—ship fast, deliver production‑grade systems, and own outcomes.
