Translate complex clinical workflows into clear, outcome‑focused messaging, support enterprise sales, and establish scalable product‑marketing processes using AI tools. **Expectations:** - Deliver differentiated positioning and enablement for enterprise deals. - Generate data‑backed proof points (case studies, ROI, clinical results). - Build and maintain competitive intelligence and battlecards. - Validate and iterate messaging with target personas. - Implement AI‑augmented workflows to increase speed and scale of marketing outputs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct regular customer, prospect, and analyst interviews to inform positioning and product direction. - Support enterprise sales with custom positioning, objection handling, and win‑loss analysis. - Partner with product, solutions, and BI teams to package performance data into marketable content. - Create and update competitive battlecards; provide real‑time intel to sales. - Test and validate messaging through stakeholder feedback and market signals. - Design an S‑M‑L launch framework for feature updates and major releases, coordinating cross‑functional teams. - Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) for competitive research, messaging iteration, battlecard creation, and enablement content development. **Required Skills:** - 5+ years product marketing experience, preferably in healthcare technology or digital health. - Proven ability to use AI tools to accelerate marketing workflows and research. - Strong translation of technical features into business value propositions. - Experience supporting enterprise/B2B sales cycles. - Knowledge of care management, population health, and value‑based care models. - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. - Cross‑functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams. - Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret market and performance data. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Product Marketing Manager) are a plus.
