Job Description

Job Title: Data & AI Management Consultant Intern (H/F) Role Summary A 6‑month internship for a final‑year engineering student to gain hands‑on consulting experience in data strategy, AI implementation, and advanced analytics. Interns will be coached by a mentor, receive structured training through the “Bartle Academy,” and work directly with senior consultants on client projects across various business units. Expectations - Complete the full internship term (6 months) and participate in all training modules. - Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. - Produce deliverables that support the firm’s AI adoption initiatives and align with the AI Act requirements. - Accept the possibility of a full‑time offer upon successful completion of the internship. Key Responsibilities - Assist in defining data and AI strategies and building associated roadmaps. - Support the cultural shift by introducing data‑driven thinking and AI literacy to client teams. - Identify, prioritize, and scope high‑value data and AI use cases. - Contribute to the design and development of advanced analytics, predictive models, and decision‑support tools. - Help ensure compliance with the AI Act and relevant data governance frameworks. - Collaborate with cross‑functional consulting teams (General Management, Data, IT, and client business units). - Participate in internal projects aimed at expanding the firm’s AI offerings. Required Skills - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Basic knowledge of data strategy, AI concepts, machine learning modeling, and analytics techniques. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Ability to work independently while being a team player. - Desire to learn and adapt quickly in a fast‑moving consulting environment. Required Education & Certifications - Currently enrolled in the final year of an accredited engineering or related technical program. - Coursework or experience in data analytics, AI/machine learning, or related fields is preferred. - No specific certifications required, but interest in obtaining them is a plus.
