Job Description: **Job title** Merchandising Assistant – Internship **Role Summary** Assist the Premium Merchandising Director and Manager in range development, data accuracy, market analysis, and the creation of sell‑in tools for wholesale and retail channels within the children’s apparel sector across Europe. **Expectations** - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in business, fashion, marketing, or a related field. - Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail. - Organized, methodical, and able to work autonomously. - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. - Working‑level English proficiency. - Prior experience in merchandising, retail, product marketing, or data analysis is advantageous. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct analytical studies to support range development and ensure data accuracy across seasons. - Perform market analysis, competition monitoring, and sell‑in/sell‑out studies to inform merchant decisions. - Verify consistency in product coding, pricing across multiple currencies, and product segmentation. - Develop sell‑in tools and presentation materials (assortments, sell‑in guides, GTM meeting assets). - Serve as the primary contact for sample requests and support sales/account presentations. **Required Skills** - Advanced analytical and quantitative skills. - High attention to detail and data integrity. - Strong organizational and self‑management abilities. - Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, macros) proficiency. - PowerPoint (slide design, data visualization) proficiency. - Effective written and verbal communication in English. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in business, fashion, marketing, or a related discipline (current enrollment or recent completion). - No additional certifications required.
