Job Description
Job title: Human Resources Business Partner Role Summary: Acts as a strategic HR advisor to regional leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, managing employee relations, compliance, and talent development across the region. Expactations: Deliver consultative HR guidance; ensure legal compliance; drive high-performance culture; support talent acquisition, development, and retention; manage workforce planning and succession; oversee employee relations and engagement; execute HR projects; maintain accurate HR records. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement region-specific HR strategies and long‑term HR plans. - Provide coaching, counseling, performance management, and disciplinary guidance to regional managers. - Design, execute, and evaluate learning & development programs in collaboration with L&D directors. - Advise on workforce planning, restructuring, succession, promotions, and reassignments. - Manage onboarding, off‑boarding, exit interviews, and termination processes with legal soundness. - Serve as the primary resource for employee inquiries, policy explanations, and engagement initiatives. - Maintain up‑to‑date personnel files, HRIS data, and compliance documentation. - Develop and communicate HR policies, processes, and communications in partnership with the CPO. - Lead special HR projects and adapt to evolving business needs. Required Skills: Strategic HR partnership, employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, succession planning, collaboration, coaching, legal compliance, communication, problem‑solving, project management, data analysis, HR technology proficiency. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; 5–7 years HR experience including 3+ years in an HR Business Partner or similar role; certification such as SHRM‑CP or SHRM‑SC.
