Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Machine Learning Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents on resource‑constrained edge devices. Focus on real‑time log analysis, on‑device computer vision, and secure system‑level interactions, integrating modern LLM/agentic frameworks with embedded systems expertise. **Expectations:** - 5+ years of hands‑on software engineering or machine‑learning experience. - Proven ability to deliver production‑grade AI solutions on edge hardware. - Strong collaboration with MLOps, firmware, and security teams. - Commitment to performance optimization, low latency, low power, and secure communications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and implement autonomous agentic systems for edge devices. - Build capabilities for real‑time log anomaly detection and on‑device CV inference. - Develop secure communication protocols for agent‑to‑agent (A2A) and management‑controller (MCP) interactions, including authentication. - Optimize the full stack (model, runtime, application) for latency, memory, and power constraints. - Create and maintain deployment and update pipelines with MLOps and firmware teams. - Integrate open‑source monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, OpenCV). **Required Skills:** - Python programming; data‑intensive application development. - Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) or custom agents. - Deep domain knowledge in log analysis and/or computer vision. - Network protocol design and security (MCP/A2A style authentication). - Use of open‑source monitoring/log processing stacks and CV libraries. **Required Education & Certifications:** - B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
