Job Description

**Job Title:** AI Machine Learning Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and operationalize machine‑learning models and pipelines within the AI Center of Excellence. Automate predictive workflows, optimize model performance, and manage cloud‑based ML workloads using containerization and infrastructure‑as‑code tools. **Expectations:** - Deliver robust ML model architectures aligned with business use cases. - Optimize hyper‑parameters and validate model accuracy. - Build scalable, reproducible training and inference pipelines. - Ensure best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and select appropriate model architectures for specific applications. - Tune hyper‑parameters and conduct model training, validation, and performance testing. - Develop automated workflows for computationally intensive workloads. - Deploy models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS). - Implement infrastructure automation with Terraform, Ansible, and YAML. - Collaborate with data engineers to integrate relational and NoSQL data sources. - Document processes and maintain compliance with operational standards. **Required Skills:** - Strong Python (or R) programming. - Proficiency in Linux environments. - Experience with ML/DL frameworks and algorithm implementation. - Expertise in cloud‑based ML workloads (AWS preferred). - Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Ansible) and YAML scripting. - Hyper‑parameter optimization techniques. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and Power BI. - Understanding of data engineering concepts and database systems. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related field (required). - Master’s degree (preferred) or equivalent advanced education with relevant experience. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ML model development, orchestration, and cloud deployment. - AWS certification (especially AWS Machine Learning Specialty) highly preferred.
