Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Role Summary:
Provide on‑site and remote technical support, application engineering, and project coordination for HVAC and building automation products. Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and engineering, ensuring successful product implementation and customer satisfaction.

- Deliver expert-level technical assistance to clients worldwide.
- Enhance sales opportunities through pre‑sale support and technical insights.
- Conduct detailed on‑site surveys, measurements, and feasibility studies.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, communication, and follow‑up.
- Adapt to evolving product lines and industry regulations, continuously updating technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on product specifications, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with sales to provide technical pre‑sale support, develop proposals, and outline system requirements.
- Perform on‑site surveys, gather measurements, and assess site conditions for HVAC/automation solutions.
- Create and deliver application notes, system designs, installation guidelines, and product training materials.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and feedback in ticketing systems and knowledge bases.
- Participate in product testing, pilot projects, and provide feedback to R&D.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.
- Travel to client sites as required (typically within a regional or global coverage).
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, building automation, and related control technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Familiarity with CAD/AutoCAD, simulation software, and design tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Customer‑centric mindset with strong service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client site visits and training sessions.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Professional HVAC or building automation certification (e.g., HVAC Service Specialist, CEC, BACnet, LonWorks) preferred.
- Ongoing professional development or certification in project management or technical support beneficial.
