**Job Title** Ironclad Engineer **Role Summary** Lead administration and optimization of Ironclad, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ to streamline contract lifecycle management. Design integrations, automate workflows, and collaborate across Legal, Sales, Deal Desk, and Procurement to deliver efficient, data‑centric solutions. **Expectations** - Operate as primary admin for Ironclad, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and CPQ over a 6‑month contract (potential conversion). - Deliver robust integrations and process automation that align with business objectives. - Maintain high data integrity and governance across connected systems. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Administer and configure Ironclad, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ. 2. Design, build, and maintain APIs and integrations with Airbase, procurement tools, and other platforms. 3. Create and refine workflow automations to accelerate contracts from initiation to renewal. 4. Partner with Legal, Sales, Deal Desk, and Procurement to translate functional requirements into system solutions. 5. Identify, prioritize, and execute automation and process improvement initiatives. 6. Document system configurations, support procedures, and deliver end‑user training. 7. Monitor data quality, enforce governance standards, and resolve technical issues. **Required Skills** - 7+ years systems administration (Ironclad, Salesforce, CPQ). - 3+ years hands‑on CLM / Ironclad expertise. - Proficiency with APIs, integration frameworks, and data architecture. - Strong workflow automation and process improvement experience. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management. - Experience with procurement platforms such as Airbase (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). - Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or CPQ Specialist (plus).

Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end FSC implementations, maintain data integrity and security, drive architectural best practices, and collaborate with cross‑functional banking and compliance stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and oversee full lifecycle delivery of FSC solutions, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and support. - Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures using FSC data models, automation, and integrations. - Configure and customize using Apex, LWC, Flow, and related Salesforce tools. - Design and manage integrations with core banking systems, data platforms, and third‑party applications via APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft). - Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with FFIEC, GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory standards. - Define development standards, CI/CD pipelines, release management, sandbox strategies, and platform health checks. - Serve as subject matter expert on Salesforce FSC capabilities and enhancements, guiding stakeholders on technical roadmaps.
