Job Description: Job Title: Graphic Designer Role Summary: Create, design, and deliver high‑impact visual assets (static, motion, and video) that drive brand visibility across mobile and social platforms. Own end‑to‑end project execution from concept ideation to final delivery, ensuring quick turnaround in a fast‑paced, iterative environment. Expactations: - Produce compelling mobile ads (Instagram, Facebook, Google AdWords) and other marketing collateral. - Own projects, ensuring quality and brand consistency from start to finish. - Anticipate and proactively manage all brand‑related visual initiatives. - Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to generate fresh creative concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver static, motion, and video graphics that enhance brand storytelling. - Develop and iterate mobile advertising creatives for social and search media. - Lead the creative process: concept development, design, review cycles, and final production. - Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align visual output with product and marketing goals. - Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all media. Required Skills: - 2–4 years of experience designing marketing assets in an agency or startup setting. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop. - Strong visual sense, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for innovative branding. - Ability to deliver high‑quality designs rapidly within iterative workflows and tight deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication; self‑starter with strong teamwork capabilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent professional experience acceptable). - Relevant certifications in design software and motion graphics preferred.
