Job Description

**Job Title:** Staff Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Develop and optimize SaaS applications for a store operations platform, focusing on cross-functional collaboration and agile delivery of scalable software solutions. **Expectations:** - Deliver high-quality software from design to deployment within agile frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze user requirements and translate into technical solutions. - Design and implement software applications using front-end and back-end technologies. - Modify existing software to resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance usability. - Design and maintain databases to support application functionality. - Collaborate with product, QA, and customer success teams to align software with business goals. - Participate in code reviews, source control management, and DevOps practices. **Required Skills:** - **Programming:** React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, C#, PHP, Laravel Framework. - **Databases:** Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, MS SQL, ODBC. - **Development Tools:** GitHub, Azure DevOps, JIRA, GitLab. - **Cloud Services:** Azure App Services/Functions, Entity Framework. - **APIs:** REST/CRUD API development. - **Methodologies:** Agile development, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in fast-paced, agile environments. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
