Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and infrastructure. 2. Mentor peers, review code, and advocate best practices in design, testing, and deployment. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of backend development experience. - Strong command of JavaScript/Node.js with TypeScript proficiency. - Proven experience building scalable web applications and high‑volume data pipelines. - Hands‑on knowledge of event‑driven architectures (e.g., message queues, Kafka, RabbitMQ). - Practical experience integrating ML models (serving inference, data pipelines). - Familiarity with orchestration/automation tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Argo). - Performance optimization across databases, APIs, and distributed systems. - Excellent problem‑solving, clean‑code practices, and documentation skills. - Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences. - Team‑player mindset; thrives in collaborative, fast‑paced environments. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred; not mandatory). - Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, GCP Professional Data Engineer) are optional and not required.
