Job Description
Job Title: Senior Account Executive (SAP) Role Summary: Drive sales of third‑party SAP support, maintenance, application, and technical services. Build and nurture relationships with new and existing SAP clients, generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns, and close revenue opportunities while maintaining a robust CRM pipeline. Expectations: - 10+ years of direct sales experience, with 5+ years specializing in SAP sales. - Proven record of hunting net‑new SAP opportunities and consistently exceeding sales quotas. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; ability to create compelling presentations and process documentation. - Experience with Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems. - Comfortable leading C‑level engagements and executing a solution‑selling methodology. - Self‑motivated, disciplined, and effective in both autonomous and collaborative settings. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct proactive hunting activities and generate new SAP customer leads. - Execute solution‑selling engagements from discovery to close. - Communicate and present to C‑suite executives, articulating value propositions. - Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary pursuit teams for complex sales cycles. - Own scope discovery, qualification, and forecasting activities. - Maintain candidate pipeline to support and exceed sales quota targets. Required Skills: - Deep knowledge of SAP ecosystem and third‑party support solutions. - Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication. - Persuasive presentation and consultative selling capabilities. - Cross‑functional collaboration with product and service SMEs. - Strong analytical and process mapping abilities. - Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast‑paced environments with limited supervision. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - SAP sales or related certifications preferred but not mandatory.
