Job Description

Job title: Summer Analyst – Investment Banking Role Summary: 10‑week internship focused on live deal work, financial modeling, and client servicing within the Investment Banking Group. Interns join multiple deal teams to cover transactions across Services, Healthcare, Industrials, and Consumer sectors, receiving high‑touch training from senior bankers. Expactations: - Deliver high‑quality research and financial analysis to support transaction execution. - Produce marketing materials (pitch books, teasers, CIMs, management decks). - Attend client calls and meetings to assist deal teams. - Demonstrate initiative, analytical rigor, and strong work ethic in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct industry and company research for client engagements. - Build and maintain complex financial models for performance assessment and transaction scenarios. - Perform valuation analyses and data set reviews to inform strategic decisions. - Draft and refine pitch book content, teasers, confidential information memorandums, and presentation decks. - Join client calls/meetings to support deal processes and coordination. Required Skills: - Advanced analytical, quantitative, and detail‑oriented mindset. - Proficiency in Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation development. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Collaborative team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Required Education & Certifications: - Current undergraduate student pursuing a BA/BS in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related discipline. - Minimum 3.5 GPA preferred (strong academic record). - Demonstrated interest in financial services; prior internship or extracurricular experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Venture Capital preferred. - Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
