**Job Title:**
DevOps & Data Manager (M/F)
**Role Summary:**
Lead and manage a small technical team delivering data‑centric digital solutions. Oversee Linux/Windows and hybrid‑cloud infrastructures, ensure database performance and security, and act as the technical AMOE (Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage Exécutive) lead on agile projects. Drive integration of DevOps tools, reporting solutions, and DevSecOps practices for a consulting division.
**Expectations:**
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to 2 consultant administrators.
- Deliver reliable, secure, and high‑performance infrastructure services.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure successful delivery.
- Promote agile collaboration and continuous improvement across projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and secure server environments (Linux, Windows, hybrid cloud).
- Administer and monitor databases, guaranteeing availability and performance.
- Serve as Project Lead/AMOE: gather requirements, write technical specs, coordinate with AMOA and development teams.
- Design and deploy customized reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI).
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Prometheus, etc.
- Apply DevSecOps best practices for security, traceability, and compliance.
- Participate in Scrum/Kanban agile ceremonies and contribute to project delivery.
**Required Skills:**
- Strong system administration (Linux, Windows) and database management.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and virtualization.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools: Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Prometheus, CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in AMOE functions: technical specification writing, development oversight, validation.
- Solid understanding of DevSecOps, security hardening, and compliance.
- Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban).
- Leadership, communication, and collaborative mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Terraform Associate, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
