Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Community Manager (Internship) Role Summary A 6‑month internship reporting to the Social Media Manager, supporting the French Football Federation (FFF) in the planning, publishing, and community engagement across all social platforms. Responsibilities include content creation, community moderation, partner activation coordination, and performance analytics to grow the FFF’s international online presence. Expectations - Active participation in daily community management and content calendars. - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies. - Utilise a strong understanding of social media best practices and platform‑specific communication codes. - Willingness to travel and occasional weekend availability as required. Key Responsibilities 1. Community Animation - Schedule and publish content on FFF’s social channels. - Engage followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster audience growth. - Propose activation ideas aligned with FFF’s strategy. - Moderate community interactions across platforms. 2. Content Management - Coordinate editorial releases with internal/external partners. - Develop fresh topics and formats to increase engagement. - Edit and cut short videos (TikTok/YouTube Shorts) and create eye‑catching visuals or photos using Adobe Suite or Canva. - Monitor and benchmark innovative digital and sports‑related content. 3. Partner Interaction - Collect social‑media requests from FFF partners. - Schedule partner activations respecting both FFF and partner calendars. - Publish approved partner content in native formats and manage cross‑sharing. - Analyse campaign results and prepare KPI reporting. 4. Performance Analysis - Track quantitative and qualitative metrics of all social platforms. - Assess content impact and recommend optimisations. - Conduct regular competitive benchmarks against other national federations and leagues. Required Skills - Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program in Communication, Marketing, or Digital Media. - Proficiency with major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X/Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, WhatsApp). - Strong written communication, impeccable spelling, and sports knowledge, especially football. - Technical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, or equivalent editing tools. - Familiarity with analytics dashboards and performance‑tracking tools. - Excellent organisational skills, autonomy, academic rigor, and teamwork orientation. Required Education & Certifications - Enrolled in or completing a degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. - No specific certifications required, though courses or certificates in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation are beneficial.

Job title: Workstation Engineer (H/F) Role Summary: Ensure a fully functional workstation and IT service environment, delivering support and project delivery across the organization. Manage hardware, software, identity, security, and collaborative tools to enable efficient user productivity. Expectations: - Operational IT infrastructure management and continuous improvement. - Perform maintenance, license, and cyber‑security stewardship. - Provide mid/high‑level technical support and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. - Lead deployment and transition of software/services, writing specifications and user documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain the entire workstation fleet (desktops, laptops, smartphones), servers, and networked devices. - Handle incident management, install and patch updates, and monitor system health. - Conduct regular scans and collect user requirements for optimizations. - Manage hardware lifecycle, inventory, and budget forecasting. - Administer software licenses, maintain software environments (Microsoft 365 suite, virtual machines, security tools). - Ensure operational continuity of IT services (AD/Entra ID, Hyper‑V, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Hyper‑V, etc.). - Provide Level 2/3 helpdesk support, issue resolution, and user coaching. - Communicate maintenance activities, incidents, and service impacts. - Collaborate with business units (Marketing, HR, Finance, Finance…) to adopt new tools. - Draft and maintain technical specifications, user manuals, and SOPs. - Facilitate migration, deployment, and configuration of new services and applications.
