**Job title** Stock Administrator – UK **Role Summary** The Stock Administrator manages inventory for the flagship retail store, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods to maintain product availability and support an outstanding customer experience. **Expectations** - Deliver precise inventory control and reporting. - Maintain high standards of organization, safety, and communication within a luxury retail context. **Key Responsibilities** - Receive deliveries, perform quality checks, reconcile with invoices, and enter data into the IT system. - Organise and store stock according to established procedures; maintain clear, accessible storage areas. - Monitor daily stock status, track statements, and investigate negative balances. - Prepare, ship, and track parcels via Chronopost, DHL, FedEx, and coordinate inter‑store transfers. - Participate in rotating and annual inventories, identify and report discrepancies, and support adjustment processes. - Liaise with sales staff on stock levels and forecast restocking needs. - Apply safety regulations and product handling guidelines consistently. **Required Skills** - Strong organisational, analytical, and detail‑oriented approach. - Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft D365, and inventory management software. - Effective communication and teamwork capabilities. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - Minimum of one year of stock management experience, preferably in retail or luxury goods.
