Expactations: Deliver a multi‑year applications roadmap aligned with clinical, financial, and patient experience objectives; oversee full lifecycle management of technology initiatives; drive interoperability strategy using FHIR, HL7, EDI X12, APIs, and secure data exchange; manage vendor relationships, contracts, and integration projects; mentor and lead a cross‑functional applications team; maintain governance, compliance, and performance metrics; develop operating budgets and achieve financial targets.
