Job Title: GenAI Engineer Role Summary: Design, implement, and optimize generative AI solutions for financial services, integrating large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, and AI agents into scalable, secure production pipelines. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality, reliable GenAI products; minimize hallucinations; enforce guardrails; manage prompt library; collaborate with domain experts and back‑end teams; continuously refine models and prompts for accuracy and safety; document processes and promote best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deploy GenAI architectures, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agent frameworks. - Develop and iterate prompts, prompt chains, system prompts, and prompt templates; version and evaluate prompt performance. - Configure and test AI agents, including multi‑agent coordination, balancing automation and human oversight. - Integrate back‑end services, APIs, and business logic to ensure end‑to‑end functionality and scalability. - Manage the organization’s prompt library, maintaining a curated repository and ensuring consistent usage. - Monitor inference costs, apply safety filters, guardrails, and mitigate prompt‑injection risks.
