**Job Title:** Social Media Manager **Role Summary:** Spearhead end‑to‑end social media strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients, ensuring content aligns with business objectives, enhances engagement, and fuels organic growth across platforms. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable increases in engagement, reach, and follower growth. - Maintain long‑term, high‑quality client relationships. - Drive continuous optimization through data‑driven analysis and reporting. - Balance creative storytelling with strategic growth objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies for multiple clients. - Manage client relationships from onboarding through growth, serving as primary point of contact. - Oversee all stages of content creation: ideation, copywriting, visual design, video filming, and editing. - Develop and maintain monthly content calendars with brand‑aligned copy. - Create graphics in Canva; proficiency in InDesign/Illustrator a plus. - Support on‑site client shoots, including iPhone video capture. - Edit short‑form video (Reels, TikToks) following current trends and client goals. - Schedule and publish posts using scheduling tools; manage day‑to‑day posting cadence. - Engage with audiences, foster community, and grow follower bases. - Coordinate influencer outreach and partnership campaigns. - Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 2 years in a social media management role. - Deep understanding of major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter). - Proficiency with analytics tools and data interpretation. - Hands‑on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and basic ad strategy. - Strong copywriting and storytelling aptitude. - Graphic design capacity (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator). - Video editing expertise for Reels/TikToks (In‑shot editing). - Excellent communication, organization, and detail orientation. - Self‑motivated, growth‑oriented mindset with continuous learning focus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. - Preferred certifications: Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, or related social media/digital marketing credentials.
