Job Description: **Job Title:** Operations Solutions Architecture Advisor **Role Summary:** Design, evaluate, and implement secure, scalable, and high‑performance operational technology solutions. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align enterprise architecture with day‑to‑day operations, driving modernization initiatives and ensuring consistency across complex projects. **Expectations:** * Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years specifically in operational solutions architecture. * Proven ability to manage ambiguity, lead cross‑functional teams, and make informed decisions under pressure. * Strong communication, collaboration, and technical writing skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design innovative, robust infrastructure solutions that meet architectural targets. * Assess technological, operational, and financial impacts of proposed solutions. * Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture and operational environments. * Anticipate and mitigate security and performance risks. * Produce architecture documentation and deliverables. * Lead and influence complex, large‑scale projects. * Contribute to testing, deployment, and disaster recovery strategies. * Facilitate adoption of solutions by guiding and coaching operational teams. **Required Skills:** * Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization). * Ability to analyze and model complex solution architectures. * Leadership and influence in matrixed teams. * Excellent spoken and written communication. * Decision‑making under uncertainty with a strategic mindset. **Required Education & Certifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). * Certification in security, telecommunications, or a related domain (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CCNA/CCNP, etc.) is a strong plus.
