**Job Title**
Chef de Projet SAP (SAP Project Manager)
**Role Summary**
Lead the planning, execution, and maintenance of SAP ERP solutions (core modules MM, SD, PP, WM, PM, CS) for a defense/industrial organization. Balance project delivery (40 %) with system operation (50 %) and user support (10 %). Drive best‑practice implementation, data integrity, and security across the SAP ecosystem, including BI/BO, web interfaces, SOA, and external connectors.
**Expectations**
- Deliver SAP projects on time, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder goals.
- Maintain high system availability, performance, and security.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to Key Users and technical staff.
- Serve as liaison between internal teams, external consultants, and vendors.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, schedules, resources, and budgets; manage risk and change requests.
- Coordinate SAP enhancements, integrations, and new releases (SPs, patches, S/4Fiori).
- Oversee SAP operations: monitoring, performance tuning, data quality, anomaly resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce SAP best practices and documentation (functional specifications, SOPs).
- Lead data migration and integration efforts (LSMW, batch‑input, Idocs, BAPIs, BAdIs).
- Manage user training, onboarding of new tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with PLM, MES, and other external systems for seamless data flow.
- Negotiate and supervise maintenance contracts and consulting missions.
**Required Skills**
- Strong ABAP development (SQVI, Reports, BAPI, BAdI, user‑exit, Idoc, LSMW).
- Deep knowledge of SAP modules: MM, SD, PP, PM, CS, WM, HANA.
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (SQL, HANA).
- Ability to create functional specifications and technical design documents.
- Project management: PMI/Prince2 or equivalent, with proven delivery record.
- Problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and training abilities.
- Proficient reading and writing in technical English.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum 4‑year degree (Bac+4) in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 5 years of SAP ERP project experience in automotive, defense, or comparable industry.
- SAP certification is a plus (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP ERP).
