Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Advisor – Digital Transformation & Cybersecurity **Role Summary:** Support small and medium‑size enterprises (SMEs) in understanding, planning, and implementing digital transformation and cybersecurity measures. Act as a trusted consultant, delivering workshops, diagnostics, and project coordination while aligning with regional and national support programs. **Expectations:** - Deliver clear, accessible guidance on digital and cybersecurity issues to senior management. - Manage multiple advisory projects with autonomy, meeting defined timelines and quality standards. - Maintain accurate activity metrics, reporting, and contribute to service promotion. - Foster collaborative relationships with public agencies, partners, and internal teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct needs assessments and provide strategic advice on digital tools, collaborative platforms, AI, and cybersecurity. - Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns for SME leaders and staff. - Lead and monitor advisory projects, ensuring alignment with regional/national funding schemes. - Coordinate with CCI networks, public partners, and external experts to tailor solutions. - Track performance indicators, prepare reports, and help showcase project outcomes. - Assist internal sales teams in marketing digital transformation services. **Required Skills:** - Strong consulting and advisory experience with SMEs. - Good digital literacy (cybersecurity basics, collaborative software, AI concepts). - Excellent communication and simplification (ability to vulgarize complex topics). - Relationship‑building, active listening, and solution‑focused mindset. - Project management competence, autonomy, rigor, and teamwork orientation. - Proficiency in French (spoken/written) and English preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) – typically Bac+4/5 – in project management, business development, communications, digital technologies, or related field. - No specific technical certifications required; relevant training in digital transformation or cybersecurity awareness is a plus.
