Job Description
Job Title: Executive Assistant Role Summary: Provide high‑touch Tier 1–2 IT support to executives and onsite users, acting as the primary IT liaison for hardware, software, device management, and event technology needs across Microsoft, Apple, and mobile ecosystems. Expectations: 3+ years of administrative experience coupled with proven IT support proficiency; strong knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, Azure AD, and O365; excellent communication skills for simplifying technical concepts; readiness for occasional after‑hours/on‑call support. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver onsite, in‑person support for executives, board meetings, special events, and webinars. - Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1–2 hardware and software issues; manage device deployments, migrations, and break‑fix tasks. - Administer device management platforms (Intune, Azure AD, O365) across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. - Document procedures, support tickets, and configuration changes; recommend process improvements. - Coordinate with security and network teams to enforce endpoint security and compliance. - Operate conference‑room technologies (Logitech, Webex). - Provide after‑hours/on‑call assistance as required. Required Skills: - Tier 1–2 troubleshooting of PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and productivity suites. - Device and endpoint management (Intune, Azure AD, O365, MDM). - Active Directory administration and basic PowerShell scripting. - Strong verbal and written communication; customer‑focused service mindset. - Ability to simplify complex technical information for non‑technical users. - Experience with ITSM (ServiceNow) and ITIL processes (bonus). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - ITIL Foundation certification (preferred). - ServiceNow ITSM experience (preferred). - Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge (preferred).
