**Job title:** Project Coordination Engineer – Infrastructure (OPC)
**Role Summary:**
Manage and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of railway infrastructure projects, including line creation, extension, infrastructure adaptation, and station compliance works. Lead project organization, schedule development, team coordination, and performance reporting to ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality objectives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, risk management, and compliance.
- Foster strong collaboration among multidisciplinary project teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain the Overall Project Baseline, Work Breakdown Structure (OBS/WBS), and detailed schedules.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Implement and manage reporting tools, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards for progress and performance tracking.
- Lead project steering meetings, status reviews, and issue resolution sessions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards specific to railway and civil engineering works.
- Support resource allocation, cost control, and change management processes.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management and coordination in railway or large-scale civil engineering contexts.
- Strong understanding of OBS/WBS, critical path method (CPM), and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Master 2) in Engineering (Civil, Railway, or Construction) or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in large-scale railway or construction projects as site engineer, construction manager, operations coordinator, or equivalent.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
