**Job title**
ERP Finance Project Manager (Finance) – F/M
**Role Summary**
Lead the finance domain of a multi‑business ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Own the analysis, design, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support of finance modules, ensuring alignment with financial stakeholders across hospitality, agri‑food and retail divisions.
**Expectations**
- Deliver the finance scope on schedule, within budget and to defined quality standards.
- Maintain continuous communication with finance leaders, ERP integrators and IT teams to align functional expectations and technical solutions.
- Provide governance, risk management, change control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Gather and formalise finance requirements (accounting, budgeting, analysis, cash‑flow, reporting, e‑invoicing).
2. Facilitate workshops, produce detailed functional specifications and propose solutions based on best practices.
3. Coordinate with users, ERP vendor and internal IT to synchronise planning, risk mitigation and functional decisions.
4. Lead testing, validation of configurations, system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
5. Design and roll out phased deployments across business units.
6. Deliver end‑user training, develop support materials and provide on‑site assistance during adoption.
7. Post‑go‑live, monitor module performance, manage enhancement requests, ensure interface quality (reporting, ETL) and anticipate regulatory changes.
8. Contribute to IT governance by bridging finance and technical perspectives and fostering continuous improvement.
**Required Skills**
- Project management (scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder, change, documentation).
- In‑depth knowledge of accounting, budgeting, cash‑flow and reporting processes.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or comparable ERP).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to produce detailed functional specifications and technical briefs.
- Awareness of regulatory requirements such as electronic invoicing and financial reporting.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (Bac+4/5) or higher in Finance, Accounting, Control, Audit, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience, preferably within ERP implementations or audit firms.
- Proven experience in a multi‑company ERP environment.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) highly desirable.
- Dynamics 365 Business Central certification (optional but preferred).
