**Job Title**
AI Governance Assistant
**Role Summary**
Support the establishment and maintenance of an internal AI governance ecosystem, ensuring alignment between business needs, strategic AI direction, and execution. Facilitate community engagement, manage the AI initiative pipeline, and promote best practices across the organization.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of senior experience in a similar AI, data, or digital transformation governance role.
- Strong interest in AI, governance frameworks, and innovation practices.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable program management across cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Strengthen operational anchoring of AI governance structures (communities, incubator, ideation programs).
2. Design, co‑facilitate, and document COPILs, community workshops, and incubation committees; produce agendas, minutes, and action plans.
3. Drive continuous governance dynamics: community animation, experience sharing, and best‑practice diffusion.
4. Manage the AI initiative pipeline from idea → POC → industrialisation, ensuring quality, traceability, and timely delivery.
5. Automate and maintain KPI collection chains (progress, risk, data quality, business impact) and generate periodic dashboards and summaries.
6. Contribute to process improvement, tool selection, and compliance risk qualification.
7. Deliver training and workshops on AI governance, data quality, compliance, security, and business innovation.
8. Communicate AI value through presentations, dashboards, storytelling, newsletters, and community events.
9. Capture structured lessons‑learned and update methodological references.
10. Monitor regulatory and ethical developments (RGPD, AI ethics) and embed them in governance tools.
**Required Skills**
- Project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Deep knowledge of AI concepts: machine learning, NLP, data science, business use cases.
- Advanced reporting & analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, Jira, Trello, MS Project.
- Understanding of data governance and compliance (GDPR, digital ethics).
- Strong analytical, information‑structuring, and knowledge‑management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Organizational rigor, prioritisation, and proactive problem‑solving.
- Ability to capitalise and disseminate practices.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s +4/5 (equivalent) in Project Management, Data Science, AI, Digital Transformation, or Innovation.
- Professional certifications in project management or agile (PRINCE2, PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) are desirable.
