**Job Title:**
Technical Manager – Industrial MES Solutions
**Role Summary:**
Lead the technical delivery of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) projects for strategic industries (defense, aerospace, automotive). Act as senior technical consultant, oversee a team of consultants, ensure solution quality, and contribute to product strategy and continuous improvement.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial environments, including technical leadership.
- Proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively in French and English (B2 level).
- Strong analytical mindset to translate complex technical issues for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Organized, results‑driven, with a strategic vision for MES/MOM/ERP solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Technically drive MES projects from scoping through design, development, integration, testing, and support.
- Perform senior consulting tasks: requirement analysis, configuration, custom development, validation, and client support.
- Lead and mentor a team of technical consultants; plan resources and manage skill development.
- Contribute to product roadmap and evolution of MES offerings.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, technical coherence, and best‑practice guidelines.
- Participate in tender processes, draft technical specifications, and improve internal tools and processes.
**Required Skills:**
- Programming: SQL, C#, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Web technologies: HTML, CSS, XML.
- Data analysis & reporting: Excel, Power BI.
- Ability to design, read, and write algorithms.
- Experience integrating MES with broader information systems (ERP, MOM).
- Strong problem‑solving, synthesis, and documentation skills.
- Leadership, team motivation, and clear communication in both French and English.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience, with a portion in technical management.
- English proficiency at least B2 (CEFR).
- No specific certifications mandatory, but certifications in MES, PMP, or agile methodologies are a plus.
