ServiceNow Developer
**Role Summary**
Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Virtual Agent, and Performance Analytics to improve asset visibility, governance, and user experience. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver integrations, automate workflows, and produce analytics dashboards.
**Expectations**
- 6‑month contract, 4 days per week.
- Deliver fully configured CMDB, Virtual Agent migration to LLM, key integrations, KPI dashboards, license reclamation workflows, and comprehensive documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB (CI design, normalization, reconciliation).
- Implement ITOM Discovery and integrate with CMDB for automated asset population and lifecycle tracking.
- Evaluate and integrate RFID for hardware asset data capture.
- Manage lifecycle/EOL tracking for servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VMs, and meeting room equipment.
- Design, develop, and optimize Virtual Agent conversation flows; lead migration from custom NLU to LLM‑based conversational AI.
- Troubleshoot and improve self‑service accuracy and deflection rates.
- Build and deliver Performance Analytics KPI dashboards; create automated data collection jobs and reporting frameworks.
- Develop integrations with third‑party platforms (JIRA, Microsoft, Absolute Software) via REST APIs, Integration Hub, or MID Server.
- Create automated license reclamation workflows (inactivity detection, HR sync, exception handling).
- Enhance onboarding, offboarding, and contractor lifecycle workflows in coordination with identity governance initiatives.
- Produce technical documentation for configurations, integrations, workflows, and solutions.
- Ensure alignment with ITSM best practices and enterprise governance standards.
**Required Skills**
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration in production.
- Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM Discovery, and asset lifecycle management.
- Experience with Virtual Agent conversation flow development.
- Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow Performance Analytics (KPI dashboards, automated reporting).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer).
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Request Management).
- REST API, Integration Hub, and MID Server integration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience (education level not specified).
