**Job Title** Head of Data Analytics/AI **Role Summary** Lead the data analytics and AI strategy to enhance and transform infrastructure services. Drive the adoption of data-driven insights across the organization to support operational excellence, safety, and customer focus while delivering scalable, innovative solutions. **Expectations** - Strategic vision and execution of data analytics and AI initiatives. - Collaboration with cross‑functional leaders to align analytics objectives with business goals. - Continuous improvement of data quality, governance, and infrastructure systems. - Foster a data‑centric culture and advance analytics capabilities. - Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and implement a unified data analytics roadmap for infrastructure operations. - Oversee data architecture, pipelines, and analytics platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability. - Lead AI research, prototyping, and deployment of models that optimize maintenance, safety, and customer service. - Coach and manage a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers. - Evaluate emerging technologies (ML, AI, data warehousing) for strategic fit. - Communicate insights to executive leadership and translate analytics findings into actionable business decisions. - Partner with IT, operations, and safety teams to integrate analytics into life‑critical processes. - Maintain governance frameworks for data quality, security, and compliance. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership in analytics or AI at a senior level. - Expertise in data modeling, machine learning, and AI pipelines. - Strong experience with data integration, ETL, and real‑time analytics. - Familiarity with infrastructure or utilities operations and safety standards. - Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytics into business value. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication. - Project management and agile methodology experience. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field. - Professional certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or relevant AI/ML credentials preferred. ---
