Job Title: Technology Support Analyst I – Bilingual (French & English)
Role Summary:
Provide proactive, onsite and remote IT support to English‑ and French‑speaking users in a corporate environment. Resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues in accordance with ITIL best practices, leveraging ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, Zscaler, and Office 365. Document solutions, conduct root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with Tier II/III teams to ensure high‑quality service.
Expectations:
- Minimum 5 years of end‑user support experience.
- Self‑motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, agile, and able to multi‑task.
- Detail‑oriented, triple‑check processes for compliance and accuracy.
- Strong initiative to identify roadblocks, design solutions, and deliver outcomes.
- Professional fluency in English and Canadian French (BC1–C1 level).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote and onsite support via phone, chat, email, and remote‑control tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals.
- Support conference‑room audio‑visual, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams equipment.
- Log and manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
- Use Microsoft Intune for device management and troubleshooting.
- Handle identity and access management with Azure Active Directory.
- Ensure secure connectivity through Zscaler.
- Escalate complex problems to Tier II/III or Lead ServiceDesk.
- Perform root‑cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Windows 11.
- Experience with cloud‑based storage (Box, Adobe Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Intune, M365 Admin Console, and Exchange.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and diagnostic skills.
- Fluent in English and French (BC1‑C1).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years stability in a corporate support environment.
