Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Role Summary
Lead design, development, and customization of Salesforce, focusing on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration with external systems. Deliver high‑quality solutions for Sales, Service, and CPQ capabilities, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
Expactations
- 3–5+ years’ Salesforce development experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security, governor limits, and integration patterns.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise data integration, ETL, and middleware tools.
- Demonstrated ability to architect and implement large‑scale deployments and data migration strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Salesforce Developer or related certifications highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design HLD/LLD and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including CPQ.
- Participate in end‑to‑end implementation projects covering requirements gathering, configuration, coding, testing, and issue resolution.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and custom integrations.
- Develop and execute data migration plans, ensuring accuracy and minimal downtime.
- Act as SME on Salesforce development best practices, providing guidance on architecture and performance.
Required Skills
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SFDC APIs.
- Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Integration techniques (REST, SOAP, Salesforce Connect, middleware).
- ETL tools and database concepts (data modeling, handling large datasets).
- Strong problem‑solving, documentation, and version control (Git).
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Developer (Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
- Certifications in Integration Architecture, CPQ, or related areas are a plus.
